    I know this is a pullet, but what type of chicken?

    I ordered some meat birds from a hatchery. They included 10 pullets. I recieved 2 of these birds. 1 is bigger than the other. Both have the same color markings, both have a black mohawk on top of their heads.

    I make frozen bottles of water to put in their water tubs. I have (3) 5 gallon waterers and 1 20 gallon water tub the like to stand in to cool down. I also feed frozen veggies and watermelon to my birds.

    Where are you located to ship from? I recently had a predator take 1/2 of my flock. I need to replace my lost birds. I live in Wichita Falls Tx.

    My husband last night saw a Bobcat trying to get in their house. He made a noise at it and it looked @ him. He went to get the gun, came back and it was gone. We had a Coyote @ our front gate also. He fired the gun and it ran away.

    That is what I have started doing. My husband saw a Bobcat trying to get in their house last night. My rooster had a damage to his wattles on one side and he was kinda limping, I think he will be ok though.
