    Having trouble editing on phone, but want to add that I will be closing off her area tomorrow morning to make sure other hens cannot get to her nest, as her eggs should be hatching soon-ish.

    One of my barred rocks has been sitting on a clutch for a couple weeks now, and I found this today. It was in her nest with her .... Do you suppose one of my other hens got in and turned evil cannibal, or did it hatch and the chick is... Gone? I can't even find the rest of the shell.
