My one remaining chicken was attacked...

Thank you for understanding. Yeah, dogs don't have a concept of right or wrong. It's so sad that owners don't take responsibility for their dogs. I hope so too. Thank you.

My one remaining chicken was attacked...

Thank you I'm sorry to hear that. I've always been a dog lover so I never would have thought such a thing could occur and honestly it was such a shock. Thankfully I took photos of her and my other chickens many times so I can look over those, but it does hurt a lot thinking about her right...

My one remaining chicken was attacked...

I know it was a jack russell terrier with a collar (possibly blue?). I called the RSPCA who transferred me to police as the council rangers were no longer working at the time. I myself had come back home from my part time job (I'm a uni student). Because I had to go over some things as I didn't...

    My chicken won't eat?

None, the feces for the very sick one are dark brown/green tinted, for the others are brown after I started them on chick starter

    My chicken won't eat?

Thanks. The chicken I have who seems quite sick doesn't seem interested in eating though. The others I have started on chick starter.

    My chicken won't eat?

I recently discovered (today) that my chicken is vitamin B deficient (so I added vitamin B complex to their water.) However the chicken with the worst symptoms (walking on her legs and seems lethargic) is okay with drinking (if I dip her beak in the water) but she refuses to eat. What do I do? :(

Two week chick laying on side, can't stand properly?

Just got a quote and there is no way I can actually afford the bill :( I'll try adding some riboflavin and see how it goes

Two week chick laying on side, can't stand properly?

Thank you! I'll be seeing an avian vet soon so hopefully it is cleared up.

Two week chick laying on side, can't stand properly?

Is this an okay photo? It does seem a lot like the slipped tendon issue though.

Two week chick laying on side, can't stand properly?

Okay I found the details of an avian vet so I want to be able to make my chicken as comfortable as possible as there will be a while before I can see the vet :(

Two week chick laying on side, can't stand properly?

    1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.) I was never told the breed, most likely New Hampshire Red or Buff Orpington chickens. Age is two weeks. The chicken seems to be the same weight as my other two. 2) What is the behavior...
