I live in Laurel Highlands of PA. And winters are sometimes really cold and lots of snow. My problem is not in my house its in my chicken coop. I had a field mouse when tending to my hens climb right up my leg is snatched it quick and snapped its neck. I hate them they brought mites into my coop...
I USE THE PLUG INS in the house they work wonderful Walmart 6 units for like $13.00 have not had one in my house in over 10 years now they do have to be replace every to every other year but so far so good. But I am leary of plugging them in the coop for fear it may harm my girls.
Thank you however I will not use poison because of outside cats neighbors cats are always here and I have one that goes out to do his business may catch a mouse and comes back in. I HAVE TRIED TRAPS NO LUCK YET. I did finally catch the big black snake that was eating my eggs he is now over 5...
I am having issues with rodents mice, moles, snakes I have tried mint etc. Anything thats safe for my girls and furbabies. I will not use poisons. Can I use one of those electronic plugs? I have them inside my house have no issues. I do not want to harm my girls though!
