I started off with six hens and was getting 3 or 4 eggs a day, one died and now im only getting 3 from the 5 remaining. Do I have two non layers or are they just missing a day in between laying?

Well the feed is rather strong smelling compared to the last lot I got which had no smell to it all, im only a novice at keeping hens had them around 3 weeks now

My lot seem to eat just about anything in front them including my fingers if im not quick enough lol love watching them eat spiders as I hate the creatures lol

I turned my kids old play house into a coup and made nesting boxes out of re claimed timber, found some meter long troths for water and connected them upto a water butt

I found some meter long plastic troths on a jumble sale and connected them to a water butt and made them a feed hopper but the hens wont eat out of it, they prefer it out on the floor so I just scatter it all over for them
