She is 3 and eats oats, corn, sunflower seeds, and food scraps from our local grocery store. Today she started poofing her feathers out and her crop looks strange. -

My turkey was fine a day ago but now she looks like this and I am not sure what is wrong with her, I was guessing sour crop but it doesn’t look like the pictures I have seen. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
