My turkey was fine a day ago but now she looks like this and I am not sure what is wrong with her, I was guessing sour crop but it doesn’t look like the pictures I have seen. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

She is 3 and eats oats, corn, sunflower seeds, and food scraps from our local grocery store. Today she started poofing her feathers out and her crop looks strange.
Does she get any real gamebird feed because that's a very poor diet. What does her crop feel like? Doughy, squishy, hard?
There's a good chance she could get something moldy or a foreign object from the scraps

She gets some turkey feed mixed in, it is soft, I am thinking she might have sour crop but am not sure

Cut out everything but the feed, everything else is just junk food and bad for them in the quantities you feed them.
See how she looks in the morning, it could just be the heat.

That is an unhealthy diet for a turkey hen. No corn, no sunflower seeds, no scraps and limit the oats. Give her an all flock feed which will have the proper nutrients she needs and free choice oyster shell..

The first picture you show is one of a turkey that is hot and trying to cool off.
