    Well, not as bad as I first thought. The amputation is not quite near his main body as I first thought - It's above the knee. He still has about 2 inches of upper leg -- looks like he was chewed pretty good at the knee. covered the area in Neosporin -- I hope that doesn't make him too cold...

    Thank you! Such a great community. I'm in Tennessee so of course it's dark here. I took him some of the medicated starter chick feed and left plenty for him, in addition to his water (I'm not too concerned about drowning, since I did see him hop about 20 feet by himself, after my prodding)...
