    My broody hen has been sitting on eggs at least 6 days (I noticed her Sunday on them after being gone 2 days). I candled them today and all were clear. Do I toss them or can they be eaten?

    I found this tiny egg next to several regular ones in the coop. Is this what a fairy egg looks like? When cracked, there wasn't any yolk. First time in 4 years of keeping chickens this has happened.

    Thank you for responding. The baby is already separated from my main coop with four other chicks and mom. I guess it's possible the virus will spread to those birds? Do I need to do anything or just let it run it's course?

    I noticed the sore on the side of the head a few days ago. It was a lot smaller and looked like it was an area that had been pecked. Today I noticed the sore above the eye. Does anyone know what these are or how to treat them?
