Bumblefoot post-op very slow recovery or getting worse

UPDATE: after 7 days of amoxicillin twice daily, bumble (my chicken) has made a full recovery! the scab completely healed, she limped for a few days after, probably because that leg got a bit weak, but now barely limps at all and is happy and healthy. Thanks byc and all of its helpful members!!!!!

Bumblefoot post-op very slow recovery or getting worse

Ok, judging by what i read is the right dosage, i cut each 875 mg tablet into thirds, approximately 300mg each. I made up some yogurt/pellet/antibiotic cocktails so i can just pull out my peep twice a day and watch her eat it. Thanks for the help! I'll update how she does.

Is my girl just recovering from lice or something else?

Cynthia died this morning she had something like a siezure and then was gone. Would that still coincide with worms? Whether it is or isn't I think I will get some safeguard and keep the rest of my girls healthy. thanks everyone.

Is my girl just recovering from lice or something else?

As you can see, I've already dusted them for lice and plan to do it again in 10 days. I've been reading about de-worming and you are probably right about not being taken care of internally. Does it make me a bad mother to not want to spend another $20 on Safegard since I don't make much money...

My Cynthia, one of a 4 hen flock of red stars i bought as 1.5 yr old has been very lethargic the past 3 or 4 days and has lost noticeable weight. When I first got...
