White rock x not moving....

I have a white rock x that won't move she just lays there. The others run and spook when I come near . She used to too. She is 5+ weeks and I noticed yesterday she pretty much lays in the same spot all day. I expected to go out this morning and find her dead. She was not dead and had moved about a foot from where she was when I went out last night. I don't think she is eating or drinking, her crop is pretty empty feeling. I put a handful of food down in front of her and she nibbled at it but not like white rocks usually eat. I picked her up and she won't bare weight on her legs. Either of them. I checked them and they seem to be ok and not broken. Checked her wings and the rest of her body and she seems good. She is also one of the smaller ones in my group. Any thoughts.........?

this exact thing is what my hen was doing for the past 3 days. she just passed this morning. a few people suggested that it was worms and that I get her and the rest de-wormed with Safeguard

I had a Roo who had these exact symptoms. He passed yesterday morning. We tried EVERYTHING we could think of. The biggest thing is getting your girl to drink. You can get Sav A Chick Electrolytes from the feed store, or you can also use pedialyte or another electrolyte fluid. Is she breathing hard? Do you have any pictures?

tdayman, can she move her legs at all? Or is she just too weak to stand?

I read the link. Problem is there are NO vets here that do chickens. I have 21 of these meat birds in with 5 layers (all bought as day olds). As well as 12 layers in another coop. If they don't have that and I treat them anyway will it harm them? Also is it harmful to humans?? Coccidiosis or the treatment? We plan to eat these birds...?

I can't seem to figure out how to post pics... I brought her in and gave her, her own water with electrolytes and some food. She drank quite a bit and ate some. When I hold her up her legs just kinds of dangle down with her toes all straight down. I held her in one hand and tried to spread open her toes to stand on and she won't. She's like a marionette.

If I lay her on her side in my hand she will move her legs a bit at the hip.
