    Possible roosters?!

Hi! :) The white one is a cockerel, and the brown one is a pullet! You can tell the white one is a cockerel by how big and red his comb and wattles are already at this age, as well as his saddle feathers (on the lower back) are longer and more pointed. The brown one you can tell by her...

Oh my gosh! Are these roosters? Speckled Sussex

Those are 100% Roosters! I have a boss hen too, who actually just laid her first egg yesterday. My rooster Clucky does a great job leading the flock, but he knows deep down Peep is in charge. 😆

    Roos or hens??

All pullets :) I agree though that the Sussex might also be a cockerel, though. I'd say 50/50.

    Sitting side ways?

Ah I see. That's not too bad! Chickens laying on their side can be quite normal. They do it to sun bathe, dust bathe, cool off, etc.:) Is this something she has always done or just recently?

    What to feed Guineas?

My flock has two guinea hen's. I feed them Dumor chick starter 20% protein, with oyster egg shells in a dish available to them for calcium. They have grown into big healthy birds. :)

Thoughts on treating potential illness in large flock

:goodpost: This sounds like something more than just Coccidiosis. A fecal test would be a huge help to figure out the problem. Sending positive vibes!
