HI from Eagle River Alaska!
HI I saw this thread and wanted to comment. My family might be relocated to Anchorage area and I would like to know how people raise chickens up there. Are there certain areas where you can have them? Or are most areas deed restricted so you can't? And what do you do in the winter for them...- cobb4861

Question for Indoor duck owners!!
when I had my duck indoors she slept in a large plastic tote with pellet bedding. had a screen top made for it and she would just settle down and go right to sleep. Honestly a pet duck is easier than a dog or a cat in a lot of ways. -
