I will probably continue with my hybrid system since I spot clean the coop while scooping the ”gifts” left by my 5 dogs.

I’m also reluctant to lock her up as she and the roosters have spent most of their lives in small runs with no sunlight. She deserves her freedom. We live in the San Francisco Bay Area the weather is almost never a problem, so I’m not in a hurry 😌
