holderh - if I were you I'd eat those suckers! You know - you are doing the right thing by slowly building your resistance to harmful bacteria just by raising and eating your own birds processed on your own place. Dare I say it? Yes I will. Your processing "mistakes" most likely still produce...

We have so many chickens that they have to share names. The only one who doesn't is Princess (aka - world's ugliest chicken). She has the distinction of being the only chicken out of our first batch that we didn't eat! (Shoulda named her LUCKY!)
