Well looks like she’s going downhill fast. The only improvement that I have seen in the last 4 weeks is when she took the Panacur. As of now, when she tries to walk now she is just nose diving.

What dosage of cream do you recommend?

I clean her up every 2-3 days. I bought some anti-fungal cream to put on her vent area last night. I read somewhere that if it’s vent gleet to try that.

Also, the vet didn’t specify what kind of worms. All I was told was all chickens have worms and that she had more than usual.

The vet gave her 3 day supply of Panacur and Ponazuril. Yes I have cleaned her vent a few times.

Never was like that before she started feeling bad. It takes few days for it to look that bad though.

No improvement so far so been doing a lot of research. Could this be vent gleet?

I currently have her in a cage in the garage due to the cold mornings we’ve been having. I do let her out in the temps get up. She’s around 27 weeks and has never laid but at this point I don’t care if she ever does. She’s my favorite and I just want her to get well.

No changes with her after the round of meds. Here is a picture of her back side. Any ideas on what could be wrong with her?

She’s about the same. We’ve only made it through the first round of medication though. Thanks for asking.

Update 2: took her to vet this evening (we really don’t have a vet in our area that knows a lot about chickens). They tested her poop and said she had a lot of worms. They put her on 3 days of Panacur and Ponazuril. We’ll see how it goes. She’s still eating and drinking good so maybe nothing...

Update…she doesn’t appear to be egg bound but after watching her today her poop is a runny milky white. Has done nothing but lay around the yard by herself all day.
