Could my hens have a disease ?

Okay I suppose we could try. I called the feed store and said they have it for horses and cattle- do we use the same stuff just the dosage you say ?

Could my hens have a disease ?

It’s seems likely- I wasn’t able to see any lice though. My son checked the roost for red and nothing. We also sprayed with doktor doom (with .50 pyrethrums ) and “shake and baked” them a few weeks in a row , also just threw a bunch of diatomaceous earth on them and around the run and coup. I...

Could my hens have a disease ?

Also- two of the hens are completely fine. No bald spots or red skin- I’m thinking if it was a disease or mites, they’d all have bald spots ??

We recently started feeding them higher protein feed and they have oyster shells and grit but I’m not...

Could my hens have a disease ?

It is the end of June, and my son’s 5 hens haven’t laid any eggs for months. Very occasionally we get a single soft-shell egg, and once we got the most disgusting thing that didn’t even resemble an egg. My son read about Lash eggs, which sound right - however, our chickens are seemingly healthy...
