My son and 2 nephews once came home from walking around the block in our neighborhood with a white budgie. It was very weak and easy to catch. After a night in a cage with food and water, it was fiesty!

I have been stung twice by scorpions---both times in my bed:ep. I took an antihistamine and applied ice and went back to bed. It did continue to throb a bit off and on the next day. It got me on the finger both times--no swelling though.
Yikes! I have an arbor with Native Wisteria just outside my chicken run. It is along their fence. I guess I better keep it trimmed out of their reach. I am soooo glad I came across this thread.
