They are used to going inside, I usually bring them inside for about a week about every month or so. They were raised inside. But the outside temp was pretty chilly and its warmer inside, I read that the quick temperature change could've messed with them.

Yeah I think I've just been really holding out hope...the egg doesn't smell or anything so I thought he could still have a chance. I can defiantly see very small spider veins on the edges of the dark mass, can they still have veins and not be viable?
