Two of my chickens are losing feathers near their vent, I did not see and parasites or infections and they are laying well, is this something I should be concerned about or is it normal?

one of my chickens started laying eggs today but recently I noticed that one of my birds is laying two eggs at a time, is anything wrong, she is still acting normally not even broody. I am pretty positive it is her because she will go up to her nesting box and all the other chickens will stay down.
