    Do my banty chicks need grit?

    I have 10 week old banties, and was wondering if they should be given grit. My dear husband has not finished their run yet, so they are in the coop 24/7. I feed them starter/grower kernels. I was told feeding them this feed they did not need grit is this true? Thanks for all responses. Danielle

    I have 7 - 9 wk. old banty's. I still have probably 40# of medicated starter/grower left. Can I continue feeding this to them until it is gone, or will I need to change sooner. They are not eating it very fast, and I have it available 24/7. At the rate they are eating now this 40# will last...
