    Help! My duck is sick!

    I have a 6 month old mallard female. Three times now, all of a sudden, my duck can't walkl or fly. It's almost like an inner ear infection, or as if she has no equal Librium. In the past I've just given her water and an egg yolk and put her in a dog crate to rest. The next day she's always fine...

    Hi everyone! My ducks are nearly a month old and are feathering. I was wondering is there anyway to tell make/ female apart? Do I just wait and see who lays eggs? Any advice would be fantastic thanks!

    Thanks everyone for the quick help. My little duckling is doing great! The sac seems to be drying up and all is well. What a wonderful community full of passionate knowledgable people..... Thanks so much you guys are great :)

    Errr I don't have a way to post them:( it looks like a round sac on the stomach area. Very much like a placenta. Like I posted earlier seems in good health. If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't know it was there. Thanks again everyone:)

    Thanks in advance:) I've just hatched 3 ducks for the first time. No trouble with the first two. The third just hatched and has something hanging from the belly. Is this a placenta? I'm so confused, should I worry???? Any advice welcome. Thanks again:)

    Hello! I'm very new to this arena and I have just hatched my first duck eggs. 2 hatched well without trouble the 3rd seems to have a growth or something. Maybe a placenta? It's underneath where I'm guessing a belly button would be. I'm very worried. He just hatched so he is tired but this thing...
