    improvements to my Bailey Bator :)

    Improvements; increased water surface area with a larger dish under the wire added a fan and several venting holes. the temp is holding better, still goes to 102 at times so i might turn the dimmer down a bit. the humidity increased to mid 40's. I think she's ready! My sunny side up...

    So I have 6 eggs coming and an incubator. Then my paronoid mind starting freaking out about the chance the incubator would not get here in time, then what would I do.. so I prepared a plan b. I made my first incubator and now I know I will be ready when my eggs come. I am still monitoring...

    Hi I am new here too, the idea of the trail cam is a great one. We have lots of day time and night time preditors.....you would be amazed at how racoons can get into traps with out getting caught....but now we know how better to protect the chickens after watching the videos.
