Curious about breed
Does she have yellow on her chest? Do you know if she is a pure breed? She could be a Cayuga, black Swedish, a black runner, or a mix. Try to add more pics of different angles of the duckling. That might help people decide -
Ducklings
I put mine out during nice days in a run at about 4 weeks old, and outside all the time with a heat lamp around 6 weeks. I removed the heat lamp when they were about fully feathered. If you can't have a heat lamp out there, I would just put them in a run on warm sunny days, and bring them in... -

I have heard of giving them cat food for good feather condition during their molt if you are showing. Even so, it was to be given in small amounts. -

Yep! It just happened to my Campbells too! It may take a while for the feathers to grow in, so a curled tail feather may show up. My ducks voice their opinions loudly to me , so I noticed a voice change in a few. The females loudly protest if I upset them! -

Congrats with your ducklings! There could be a slight plumage difference in genders because they are a cross. But, I would wait until they are older to be sure. Then you could tell by their voice and plumage. Unless if you need to know right away. -

Maybe! I have seen him displaying to the ducks This is a pic of him on our deck. I have also seen him on the neighbor's roof!
