    I found an LED remote control light (battery operated) for 14.00 at walmart. I use it for a hen that was laying from the roost, this light has made all difference in that situation. May help here and you don't have to run electricity or go to the coop to turn it on or off.

    Thank you so much for your input. If I could stay out of the coop, I would let them sort it out themselves... but they are so mean. I have added a new box in the run area and separated the 2 groups, small ones in the run and mean girls in the coop and out pen. I am thinking if I don't give...
