When you remove the eggs from the turner should you lay them flat or put them in an egg carton for them to hatch?

I received my eggs yesterday from CRFarms. I am very pleased with the eggs. The packaging was great. None were broken. The eggs were huge. The color was great also. Very uniform. Thanks alot for the beautiful eggs.
