    So my Rocky (Barred Rock) has had some poop clinging and now some feathers are missing like maybe she pulled them out?!? She has not layed in the past two days which has me worried a bit because it's Spring and she normally lays every day. What could be the problem?

    No they all get along great. She flew out and I didn't know so let our dachshund out and he attacked her. So upsetting. She is getting better each day now, is eating and drinking and has laid two eggs! So proud of her and feel like she will be able to go back outside with her other 3 girls...

    What are your guys’s favorite way to keep your chickens cool in the summer?

    Has anyone heard of making popsicles for your chickens out of cilantro and juice? I'm thinking of juicing some carrots, adding fresh cilantro and some water. Also, is buttermilk good for this hot weather?
