    It sound like it. I had a young chick who had the same thing. Do a little research but I use infant vitamin drop (Polyvisol) and vitamin E. She is fine today.

    I had a chick with this illness. She was much younger. When I gave her the drops(3 or 4) straight to the mouth and in the water, I did this every 3 to 4 hours. I would try bumping it up a little.

    I just put a pin in the end of the gel tab to make an opening and squeezed a few drops down the side of the beak so it would go into the mouth and put the rest into the waterer. Do this every few hours if she seems to be getting worse again. If not maybe just a few times a day. I'm not a vet but...

    I'm glad to see your chick seems to be doing better. I don't think it will hurt to put the vitamin E right in the drinking water. Keep an eye on her and if she acts up again I would check Walmart in the vitamin section. Look in the childrens vitamins.(Polyvisol)

    I actually used a mix of Polyvisol(a childrens multi vitamin drops) and the vitamin E. I used an eye dropper straight to the mouth and put it in the water.     I once had a chick that had the same thing happen. I was able to save her and she is fine today. Try searching online for wry neck syndrome(check the spelling). I separated her from the others and bought at any pharmacy, vitamin E drops and gave her a few drops every 3 to 4 hours along with help...

    Crooked neck chicken

    I had the same thing happen a few weeks ago. I use to poly-vi-sol drops along with vitamin E 4 or 5 times a day and my little girl is much better. Her neck is almost straight again. Good Luck!!!
