    if its there first time out then of course they going to make more noise,you have to give them some time to settle in...although i have a buff orp that is so loud and has been for months now! and yes early in the morning is her best time to bork lol

    Cleaning the poop, uh, I mean coop!

    i pick the poo out every day (only takes 5 mins for my 4 hens) then clean it out totally every month and spray wit poultry shield and sprinkle D.E in the nesting box etc.

    yes i use the latex gloves and poo pick every day without fail,most of it gets put in the composter

    mealworms are high in protein and my chucks love them also sunflower hearts and tuna fish

    well mine had leftover mash potatoe and cheese on toast bits,tomatoes,mealworms and sunflower hearts i just cant help spoiling them (only afternoons though) lol
