    I use a paint pan with the grate thing in it turned the wrong way so its level. Then the pan catches the water. Learned this with ducklings and it works for chicks too. If I can figure out how to post a picture I will.

    Iodine in drinking water

    How much and how do you use iodine for yourself? Like in water or?? I am wanting to try this for myself as well as my chickens and possibly ducks but I haven't really heard anything about the ducks on iodine anywhere.. I am making a gravity fed watering barrel and want to use it for both ducks...

They say they have alcohol in them and that kinda seemed bad but...

    How to help chickens with heat

    I use the big ice cream tubs and freeze water in them and set them in the coop at night when the ladies are panting and also put them in the run during the day .. someone on here suggested it and it has helped a lot

    Yes they are getting better.. Max is still a little territorial but getting better about that as well :)

    And we made it so they can kinda sleep with Max now :) yellow is wiggles and the brown is shadow since she/he follows wiggles everywhere

    Max and Ruby were both yellow when babies... Does anyone know what kind the brown and yellow one may be?
