I have a line that is from Martyn siple here in ontario and Horstman. Also I actually have seven varieties of plymouth rocks

this cockerel will definitely be used in my breeding pen as he towers over all other silver penciled rocks I have this year. He should add some much needed size to the line

Here are two pictures of the same hen the first was taken last fall and the second was taken yesterday although she looks a bit rough from being in the breeding pen. I do think she has matured well. any comments?

I have a pile of chicks on the ground now of all varieties ranging from 16 weeks to day olds, my question is what does everyone look for early on to cull for? What traits are you focusing on this year?
