    Hey all! You've all been a great amount of help in the past! My baby was born on July 3rd. I know it's still a bit young, but what do you all think? Pullet? Cock? I'm leaning towards Pullet. She is my little buddy. I rescued her,and she is now my lap chicken. Thanks in advance!

    I could try to rat proof the coop, but I've tried in the past. I've personally caught 4 rats over a foot long in the coop. Also, I already have the baby inside, would it be bad if I gave her back to mama tomorrow? I don't want her to die :\ Thanks again for the info!
