This morning I typed in google to see if geese have teeth. And I saw pictures of geese with serrated teeth on their bills and their tongues too! I am definitely not getting any goose as a pet. Nope!
If I just get one duck that is about 1.5 or two months old, will it bond to me and become tame? Sorry if this question falls into the duck forum. Some information on the web says ducks need to be in a flock while some sources say a duck can be alone with a human friend.
Are adult gooses easy to tame (than ducks or pheasants) and cleaner pets than chickens?
The live poultry butcher store in my city has adult gooses for $50 each. I suffer from major clinical depression and I need one goose as a cuddly pet to help with my need for happiness.
Any advice or...
After serious consideration, I will be rehoming the two ducks to a rescue that has 40 acres. These ducks will be happier in a large open area than in my 7x7x6ft coop.
I been bought two Muscovy ducks from a live poultry butcher shop on Sunday. However these two ducks are very scared of people. They are currently in my backyard coop. I have a security camera inside so I can watch them while I'm at work.
My plan is to let them stay inside the coop for a month...
