How long until ducks tame?

Look. My feelings are getting hurt now. I appreciate all the info but now it seems I'm stupid for buying adult ducks.

I adopt a lot of animals. They don't know me (at first) and they have had the trauma of being relocated/new home. Some groups adapt easily and others take a long time to adapt. I let them go at their pace.

During daytime, they have access to food and to water.

I socialize with all the animals daily. I sometimes offer treats. My ducks LOVE fresh, raw greens (salad, kale, broccoli leaves). I offer it from my hand. If they don't want it from me, then I set it down near -- but not next to -- me. It takes time for them to be comfortable with it.

There is not set time table that someone can give you. Give them at least a month to adjust to the new changes. Be patient.

Great advice! Thank you!
