I only have 7 chickens, all of which are sex-linked Reds but one of them lays the most beautiful blue eggs i've ever seen. Has anyone ever heard of that?
That's what I'm worried about. there really isn't enough room to cover the bulb with metal protector and the chickens would be able to reach it. i was trying to figure out something small that they might get some heat from but likeI said it's a very small coop
I have a small coop only 4x4. its the chick n barn by ware. Can a light be put in that or is it too small. my chickens aren't laying at all now that the weather is colder. And they don't seem to be enjoying the cold weather and its only Oct.!

Hi I have a Chick n Barn by Ware. Does anyone know if it is possible to put some kind of light in there or is it too small? It's about 4ftx4ftx3ft And if so, what kind of light would work? Thanks
