    Is my coop ok and how do I best clean and manage it?

    Mine looks a lot like yours. A couple of my husband's grad students built it.....we're kind of forming a little urban chicken coop :-)....so I'd be interested in the thoughts of others. I'm a little worried that the coop has no floor. guess we'll learn as we go!
