My chickens are going alright. Just found out that one of my youngsters started laying. She actually hid her nest... silly bird. Also, another one of my hens are going broody (lucky me.. not!).

About 1* C or 33* F, all the 3 or so feet of snow we had is starting to melt. It's good for my aviary though, the roof was really getting weighed down with snow.
