Patty,
I would love to have two of your Sebbies if you have any left. We live on a 20 acre farm on the Eastern Shore of MD. The farm is on a large Creek. I would want to get a male and a female. Let me know what the price is and if you think you will have any left. I could certainly come...
Hey everybody, I found a goat in Greensboro NC. He is half Nigerian and have LaMancha. The mom had to have a C-section because his head was too big and then she rejected him. He was born last Wed. I am going to take a personal day off from school this Friday. It is an 8 hour drive each...
I just picked up 6 goose eggs from the post office after a two 1/2 day travel from Texas to Maryland. How long should I let them rest before putting them in the incubator?
I am awaiting 6 brown chinese goose eggs at the present. They were mailed from Texas two days ago and were suppose to stay at the post office until I picked them up. Something went wrong with the shipping and they have been riding around in the mail truck all day. It is 20 degrees here in MD...
She looks so sweet. Will anyone really do that? I know that it is best to leave them with their moms. The guy that I got my goat from told me that it would surely die. The mother rejected it and that was natures way of saying there was something wrong. I had great luck but didn't have it...
Do you have pictures? How old are they? Have any been bottle fed? rejected by the mother? There are plenty of goats for sale here, but I am looking for a special baby who wants to be with people instead of goats. Does that make sense?
I am in Cambridge, MD on the eastern shore, but would travel to find the right goat. I just had such a wonderful experience with him thinking that I was his mother. He followed me around like a dog and always wanted to be held in my lap.
Last year I raised a baby goat whose mother rejected him so he imprinted on me. It was the most rewarding and saddest experience in my life. After a couple of months, I returned him to his farm where he died of bloat. My finance has a 20 acre farm and I desperately want to get another young...

Last year I had a goat imprint on me and I kept it for over two months. When I put it back on its farm it died of bloat and I have been heartbroken ever since. I now have a 20 acre farm to house a pet goat and only want to find another one who has been with people.
