I have one chicken, a house girl, she is now molting and her layer pellets are only 16% protein. We have a ton of it so I don't really want to switch feeds. What extra protein stuff can I add to her diet and how long will this go on?

Sounds like us, Ducky runs around the house when we're home and I carry my spray! Thankfully we don't have carpet so it's super easy to clean up after her.
