    I have a standard blue Cochin, supposed to be a girl but her wattles are bright red and her comb is a bit larger than the other 2 girls. Same size, not dominant and 4 months old. 2nd photo is the comparison.

    I’m going to add gravel rocks around the pool to keep the ground less muddy. They have paver steps and love their pool.

    Im going nuts. The flies are out of control in my duck coop. Is there a less smelly trap since my yard is so tiny? My coop is off my patio.

    so... I’ve tried everything to keep the brooder somewhat dry. Multiple waterers. This is the best yet! Milk jug inside a deep salad bowl. My girls are 4 weeks old.

    Will chickens peck holes in our above ground pool? I have chicks in the brooder for a few more weeks, by that time our new 4ft pool will be up. Anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
