    Thank you so much! Also, to answer your question, Apollo bluffs but then if I try to pick him up he sometimes (75% of the time) bites me pretty hard, and sometimes draws blood.

    I think that you should definitely get another conure! In fact, maybe you could get a conure from someone who can't take care of theirs, or is in the same situation that you were? I haven't gone through the same experience as you so I wouldn't know, but that might help yourself and another bird...
