    I have some satin silkies, so based on what you are saying, if I breed them together I can get some silkied silkies?? That would be great. I also have some frizzle silkie Cochin mixes, if I breed them together can I get a sizzles? Or would it be some frizzle and some silkied, not both on one bird?

    Ok so I've been reading and I'm a little confused.... If I breed an ameracauna (B/B) to a silkie (?/?) the blue egg color will come down and I'd have EE's right? Carrying at lest one Blue gene (b/?) so does that mean that the silkie cream color is recessive? Or do egg color gene not work like...

    I didn't hatch them so I didn't get to feather sex them in time so I'm driving myself crazy, (I've only had the feather test be wrong once) I'm going to try to do a weekly update (if i can rember) but well be taking lots of pics. They are good and warm, they are dry but its apple cider vinegar...

    I agree completely but.... I wanna tell you something "And you said he’s crowing, only roos do that" Yeah funny story, I had a hen go broody and after her eggs hatched I'd let her out in the morning and she would crow every time it was crazy:eek:
