    She’s the only bird doing this. She was fine when I turned her out this morning. About 5 pm I noticed this. No new birds. None of the other birds are making this noise. These were all raised here from a few days old and have not gone anywhere. No new birds added since 5 months ago. Purina laying...

    Almost like a goose honking but not as loud as a real goose if I had to describe her. I think she’s laying, I’ve gotten as many as 8 eggs of 9 birds in that pen. But I never know which ones did it.

    Update! Hen suddenly making odd sound is healed!

    Update: Praise the Lord our little hen is doing just fine this morning! No unusual sounds at all! Thank you all! I have a young hen that suddenly started making an odd sound this evening. I have no idea what could be wrong with her. Any suggestions on how to help her is much a appreciated.
