She’s the only bird doing this. She was fine when I turned her out this morning. About 5 pm I noticed this. No new birds. None of the other birds are making this noise. These were all raised here from a few days old and have not gone anywhere. No new birds added since 5 months ago. Purina laying crumbles free choice, water free choice, and Purina scratch feed when out. Occasional Freeze dried meal worms, but none today. 24 ‘X 8’ (4 separate bays), exterior entire front and sides I’d hardware cloth (plenty of ventilation I think) Could a chicken eat a tiny bungee cord? I will go scour the yard in the daylight to see if I find it but I lost one that holds the doors open when they’re out. I pray she didn’t eat it! Our last bag of layena feed was sort of milled odd, a lot of powder and pieces of pellets instead of crumbles. Do you all think she has some stuck in her throat? I pray it’s going to resolve on her own. Any suggestions?
