    So, my dog got to one of your younger chicks, and we got to her quite quickly, but under her wing, not the wink itself but under it is swelling quite bad, she won't drink and is panting very hard. I put her inside to cool her off, and gave her some food. But shes still panting. What do I do?

    It does look as though it would be a cockerel. This is a sexed cockerel and, they look quite similar, other than maybe the redness in comb and wattles.

    So one of my teachers has a male turkey, but he lays on eggs. She writes " Our male turkey is sitting on our two female turkeys' eggs." I've tried to do some research myself but have found nothing.
