    Where can I order Nankin Bantams chickens?

    Am looking for a couple of nankin chicks and in the area of Georgia. I checked a lot off various sites and none are close,and you need to place a order for ten or more and really just want a couple more. Would like to keep this breed chicken around.

    Saw a news bullentin, then googled Chatooga GA and found the news. Apparently its another commercial chicken farm and sounds like not all birds were affected, but was not a whole lot of detail.

    Update, They say Avian flu confirmed at a chicken farm in Cattooga County,GA. Have not said how many chickens were involved.

    If anyone knows who or where I may find a buff silkie, pullet or hen would appreciate info. Have splash roo and white pullet, 12 wks. and would love to add a buff.

    I figure everyone has heard, but in case you have not Alabama I believe North, their is now three cases, possibly four of Avian Flu and two of those cases effected back yard chickens. So between Alabama and TN with this flu bug, need to make sure good bio security in place. Just wanted to pass...

    Has anyone experienced a rooster who has a very hoarse crow and he seems fine, eating, drinking and seems no problem. Just his crow is very coarse and harsh or no crow although he tries. Just started this with cold snap, so thinking it may be weather. Any suggestions

    today I opened my pallet coop and let the 9 chickens in there out to roam the yard a while. Nothing unusal there, I do occasionally let them out. The neighbors behind us across the road, have 4 dogs that are usually on a cable, so while I was out and doing some stuff outside, I noticed them...

    Looking to add a buff or white silkie hen already have @ 8 mth old roo and a 3 mth old white hen. Would like to add another silkie hen around 3 to 7 months. Anyone have info or leads would be appreciated. Thanks I am in Spalding county / Henry County.
