    Not terribly experienced but I've kept my kochen mama with her bitties locked seperate from flock (80 birds approx). She has 13 babies. My mama is very protective too, so if she had only 1-2 I might would allow them to mingle in small time slots.;) Best wishes

    Need some help figuring out what is wrong with my little girl. She has a growth beside her eye that has increasingly gotten larger.
