Bantam creole chicken with swollen eye?

Need some help figuring out what is wrong with my little girl. She has a growth beside her eye that has increasingly gotten larger. I've put water on it, gave her some Vicks on the back of her neck incase it was like a cold symptom. Nothing has helped and she has had it for months. Anyone have suggestions or suggestions.

A swollen eye like that can be a sign of a chronic respiratory disease such as MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum) or coryza. But peck injuries, or tumors can also do that. There looks to be drainage in the corner. Do you notice a bad odor from her, or any nasal drainage or noisy breathing? If you suspect a respiratory disease, you should clean the eye out with saline and remove any pus. Then apply an antibiotic ointment such as Terramycin or plain neosporin twice daily. Tylan 50 injectable, oxytetracycline, and Gallimycin are commonly used to treat respiratory infections.
