    I found the treatment for Botulism Epsom Salt 1 tbsp. in 1/2 cup of water Get as much down the bird as possible I used this on some of my birds. Connie

    Friendliest "Pet" Duck Species

    I've had Pekings, Rouens, Cayaga, Mallards, Runners and Crested Pekings. The Pekings are the friendliest and most comical, the Rouens would be my next choice and then Cayugas. I don't like runners they tormented the other ducks. Never could get to close to the Mallards.

    I am new here and I have had experience with botulism, we have quarter acre pond than got real low one year we had a lot of ducks and the wild ducks came in 30 to 40 at a time. My ducks started getting sick, they became listless and limp necked and died within 24 to 48 hours. I had them tested...
