Thanks everyone for all your good thoughts and support. By the time I got home with the charcoal, Dixie was dead and Daisy was too far gone and she couldn't swallow. Just kept her comfy and she was gone in a few hours. . They were so sweet and such a bright spot in my life and it will be so quiet tomorrow with out their quack, quack quacking!
I hope your little one recovers soon.

I found the treatment for Botulism
Epsom Salt 1 tbsp. in 1/2 cup of water
Get as much down the bird as possible
I used this on some of my birds.
